What do you do and why do you do it?

I am the Director. I enjoy finding free alternative spaces (empty lofts under renovation/construction) outside of the commercial gallery scene to exhibit art that's on the cutting edge. Also, to provide emerging artists opportunities to create outside of the institutional parameters.

What is your brief history?

Born in Taiwan. Grew up in Hong Kong, Iowa City and San Francisco. BFA from CCAC. MFA from NYU. Have lived in NYC for 4 years. Practicing artist: exhibited in Taiwan, Japan, New York, Cleveland, California.

What are you up to now, (without sounding like a press release)?

Founder and Director of GroundZero. Continue to find space within the United States for future GroundZero exhibitions.

What do you want for the future?

Continue exhibiting my work and keep GroundZero alive.
