When and where and how do they sound?:

Founded Lucky Kitchen in NYC in 1996
Married in NYC in 1997
Currently live and work in La Rioja, Spain in a 250 year old building with lovely wood columns and tall ceilings, on a lively old narrow cobblestone street. This street, Called La Calle Mayor, or "Main Street" was the heart of old Logrono until the city expanded into newer taller modern buildings of steel and glass, (when the region's wine production expanded after Franco finally bit the dust). The pair try to avoid these newer buildings when at all possible. Also, their old building is remarkable for its acoustic characteristics. It simultaneously amplifies and mutes both sounds from the street and from within the apartment, mixing everything into a soft and fuzzy static murmur, punctuated by surprising twists.
